Saturday, March 28th 2009. City walk Sudirman. There is where the face of the blooming fashion took place. 2 groups of La Salle College Jakarta launch their final semester project brand "ONEANDAHALF" and "DAYDREAM".

With a great heart I do the make up for those 2 brands fashion show, perhaps they both has a very different theme for the make up.
ONEANDAHALF that became the second line of NIKICIO with the outrageous nude natural look.
And DAYDREAM that is a sleep wear use a fun colorful and playful colors.

I'm so excited to do the make ups.. It's like creating a new way of creativity from our hands into the face.. GREAT!!!

ONEANDAHALF

1½ (ONEANDAHALF) is a second line of Nikicio. Comes from an experiment that Nina Nikicio as the designer experiment with the classics and inject a handful dose of humor and attitude. They offer more of 1 style use of clothing. By twisting, detaching, draping and "dancing" with their clothes. Check out their sites http://www.nikicio.com/oneandahalf/

It's very fun to do the make up for the shoot itself, by looking at the models doing the shoot with the dancing, I can feel the joy that comes from the clothes itself.
Like always, NIKICIOs style is nude, pale but yeah.. It's their characteristics..

Maybe we can use other colors for the next project???

M.A.C in mode

Sorry for the late update, been busy with school things.. :)

This are some of my story about the MAC in mode at Grand Indonesia, February 13th 2009.
One of MAC senior makeup artist, John S. hit the town to teach and show us his tips on applying the make up as seen at the red carpet. So yeah.. he particularly teach us about the smokey eye technique and RED LIPSTICK that became the 2009 trend. So here is some of the pictures..

Tips for you, don't wear heavy color make up if you want to wear red..
And by the way, don't be scared to try it on.. As long as you feel confident, it looks good on you..
